Serving

serving-hands

‘Serving’ comes in many forms and not always as a conscience effort. For some, service to others is a natural gift, they just can’t help but send cards, clean up, babysit, feed a pet who’s owners are on vacation, or bring a smile and encouragement wherever they go.

We are serving YWAM Montana full-time with our lives; our skills, passion for people, and desire to see the nations reached for Christ by Christians who are equipped and trained as they go out.

It may not look like we have the ‘normal’ life of living in a house, having an income, being able to buy things whenever we want or develop a career and have a pension, but we still have everything that we need! We have a roof over our head, we have a bathroom, we have a car, we have clothes, we have kitchen appliances, we have ipods, we have a computer, we have money to pay our staff fees each month, and we have friends and family who support our missions career choice. God provided these things.

We are still normal people who go through all the human struggles out there. Christians striving to live a holy life and be Jesus’ hands and feet in the world.

God will ALWAYS provide when He calls you somewhere. No matter if you work in the city or from home, He is the one who provides finances, friendships, and blesses you in unique ways because He loves you and knows you completely.

We hope that while serving the world through YWAM we have a natural ability being built up in us by the Lord; that wherever we go, and whatever we do in the future, we are people who serve God and others with joy and truth.
